Made your choice? Then simply choose a delivery date (a day or two before your event is best) and we will deliver to your door.
When you rent with Passion For Fashion, your chosen piece/pieces are yours for four days β¦ thatβs plenty of time to turn plenty of heads.
Slip your rental in the pre-paid satchel included with your rental, drop at any Post Office and we will take care of the rest.
You asked, we answered
As soon as an item is dispatched from the warehouse or store of our rental partner, you will receive an email from us, which will include a tracking number for the postage company delivering your item (usually Australia Post).
(a) For cancellations of Orders, you will be entitled to a full refund if:
(i) your cancellation request is received in the first 24 hours after placing your Order, as long as it is still more than 72 hours from your nominated delivery date and your package hasn't yet been dispatched; OR
(ii) your cancellation request is received 21 or more days prior to your nominated delivery date.
(b)Β You will not otherwise be entitled to a refund in connection with a cancelled booking.
Please be aware that we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind for an unsuitable size/fit. It is your responsibility to ensure you are booking the correct size and style.
(a) We recommend placing your Order for an item no less than 3 full Business Days prior to your desired delivery date. Prior to finalising your Order, you will be advised of the itemβs estimated delivery date. By proceeding to finalise your Order, we will consider that you were aware of, and accepted, the estimated delivery date provided to you at that time (Estimated Delivery Date).
(b) Your selected item(s) will be sent in order to arrive to your nominated address on or before the Estimated Delivery Date.
(c) We will use any delivery or transport provider we consider appropriate as determined at our sole discretion.
(d) Instructions to leave an item without signature will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, will be subject to approval by Third party providers.
(e) We cannot guarantee that any courier or other delivery agent will comply with a request to leave an item without a signature, and we do not accept any liability or responsibility where an item is not left without signature.
(f) If an item arrives after the Estimated Delivery Date, and as a result, you return the item unworn, you may be entitled to a full refund.
(g) No refund or credit will be provided if the delivery is slightly late, but you choose to wear the item regardless.
(h) If your delivery fails because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you enter is accurate.
(i) Please see our refunds and returns policy for a detailed explanation of your rights to a refund for items not delivered.Β If you have hired an item from one of our Third party providers, please refer to their terms and conditions.
Of course! You are able to send a booking request through and lock in the perfect outfit as early as you like.
1. Return your item on the rental End Date. On the final day of the rental period, you must return your rental using the pre-paid return label provided.
π Secure the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and post it at your local Australia Post Office.
π Late returns will incur a fee of AU$25 per day for apparel and AU$40 for bags/jewellery.
2. Share your tracking details. As soon as the item is posted, provide the Lender with the tracking details to ensure a successful return.
It is the Lender's responsibility to dry clean each item before sending it to the borrower.
Through Passion For Fashion you can hire an item for 4 days. If you require an extended hire, please get in touch with us at hello@passionforfashion.au.
Once you put through a booking request, your card will be charged the full amount. In the event that your lender declines, your refund will be automatically processed.
Couriers and Australia Post do not generally operate on Sundays and public holidays, if your return date falls on one of these, please post your item back by 12pm the next business day.
(a) If for any reason you post or ship the rental item(s) after your Return Date, Late Fees will apply. Our Late Fees are charged at the following rates:
π Apparel
$25 initial late fee for failure to post by the Return Date
PlusΒ an addition $25 for each day you fail to provide evidence that you have posted or shipped the item(s).Β
π Bags
$40 initial late fee for failure to post by the Return Date
PlusΒ an addition $40 for each day you fail to provide evidence that you have posted or shipped the item(s).Β
π Jewellery
$25 initial late fee for failure to post by the Return Date
PlusΒ an additional $25 for each day you fail to provide evidence that you have posted or shipped the item(s).Β
(b) By hiring an item via our Website and accepting these Terms, you irrevocably authorise us to charge Late Fees owed to us or our Third party provider to your nominated payment method.
(c) If we are unable to charge your nominated payment method for any applicable Late Fees for any reasons, we will issue you with an invoice for the relevant Late Fees, which you agree to pay within 5 Business Days. Should you fail to pay your invoice by the due date, we reserve the right to refer you to debt collection.
