What if my dress arrives late?
Lenders post your dress to arrive before your event. If anything looks like it's running late, message us and our team will step in and sort it out with you and the lender.
What if the lender cancels?
If your lender has to cancel, you get a full refund straight away, and we'll help you find another dress for your dates.
When will my card be charged?
The amount is held on your card when you request. You are only charged once the lender confirms. If they decline, the hold is released.
How early should I book?
Book at least 3 business days before you need the dress. You can request as far ahead as you like to lock in your look.
What if I damage it?
Repairable accidents, like a small mark or a loose seam, are covered. Let us know and we will sort it out with the lender.
Dry-cleaning is included too, so there is nothing extra to pay.
What if it doesn't fit?
Check the size and fit notes on each dress and our size guide before booking. Not sure? Ask us and we will check with the lender.
