Your item will be delivered by Australia Express Post and a tracking number will be provided by email when it is shipped. It will be shipped to arrive on or before your selected delivery date. If you need a last minute delivery, please contact us - hello@passionforfashion.au.
We offer damage protection that covers all repairable damage up to AU$50.
It's the Lenders responsibility to clean their item ahead of a rental and once it's returned. A dry cleaning fee is included in the rental fee so it's all taken care of.
1. Return your item on the rental End Date. On the final day of the rental period, you must return your rental using the pre-paid return label provided.
👉 Secure the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel and post it at your local Australia Post Office over the counter.
👉 Late returns will incur a fee of AU$25 per day for apparel and AU$40 for bags and jewellery.
