Passion for Fashion have been fantastic. Ordering online was a fast and quick process, however it was their communication in the lead up to the dress being sent that was fabulous. This was my first time renting a dress, the communication was thorough and the process was explained so well.

Great communication and fast shipping. Absolutely loved the dress and received a number of compliments.

I ordered my dress months in advance. I had read multiple reviews that said that the dress will arrive two days early (before the scheduled rental time) but unfortunately my dress did not turn up at all. I had to contact passion for fashion who did send me another dress that would come just in time for my event. The dress came crushed, the boning was bent and there were dirt marks over the dress.
Passion for fashion does have great costumer service and I am great full that they helped me get a dress for my event.
However, I will not be hiring a dress from here again as it was not convenient like I hoped.

Was a bit worried if the dress will come in time before the event but I am so happy I have discovered your business and will never go back to buying again. As discussed with sender, the dress smelt stale as though it had been hanging for a long time in a closet. Under arms smelt despite asking to please ensure it was clean. Communication with sender was very good, but unfortunately the product did not arrive in a condition that was acceptable to wear to the event, so I wore something else. I did provide feedback and sender apologised, admitting it may have been hanging in wardrobe for a long time, but did not offer any reimbursement or compensation of any kind.

Exactly what the pictures looks like. Was kind enough to send two sizes to make sure would properly fit and thankfully she did as the size 0 was a perfect fit when I ordered the size 1
