Communication was great, responding within a couple of hours and action taken (because I was stressing that I might not receive the dress in time but I shouldn’t have worried). The dress arrived early and it was in excellent condition. I felt so glammed up wearing it all day and night! Thank you, I will definitely use you again and can’t recommend you highly enough!

Stunning dress.

Customer Service from PFF is second to none.
This dress however isn't quite as it seams. The picture show floor length however the dress is more midi or 7/8. I would encourage the seller to post real images of the dress. Unfortunately I was unable to wear the dress because it was too short. This was disappointing. The 5 stars is for PFF who were professional and responsive. The dress itself is 1 star. It also had a flaw in the fabric. See images.
