The dress being a Zimmerman was perfection, however I have rented dresses in the past and this service was so disappointing am. The dress came rolled up and wrinkled. Other company box up the dress and it is pressed with a tag on it to show it’s fresh and cleaned. This dress and designer was not respected. However I loved the dress I would have loved to be able to buy one but I couldn’t find any in the stores to purchase which is why I was blessed to find it on your site. So thank you for sending it on time. I felt beautiful in it and everyone commented on it. Thank you again . Just some advise please package these beautiful gowns. It makes the whole rental process so much better especially when you spend close to $300. This would be the only reason for me to reconsider. But having said that I know what to expect should I rent another gown. But again loved the dress . Thank you ☺️

Such a beautiful dress! Felt so confident wearing it and received many compliments, I had never worn this brand before and the quality was amazing! As a first time renter the whole process was so smooth, no issues at all and dress came perfectly and in great time!

Beautiful dress but definitely has wear and tear. Shell lining on bodice is missing a few shells and the removable shell belt is unwearable due to missing several shells. Quite a shame as it’s not a cheap hire. I’d look elsewhere before hiring this one.

Dress is true to size and stretchy knit material. I really liked this dress but it left me with a rash because the straps are metal beading.
